Important Self Activation Steps
Step 1: Choose the Metro SIM card size that works with your phone Step 2: Get your IMEI number by dialing *#06# on your phone – you will need this to start service. Step 3: Activate using our Online Activation Tool www.metrobyt-mobile.com/activate, or current customers can call 1-888-8-metro8 (1-888-863-8768) if adding to an existing account. You will need the PIN on your Walmart receipt to activate service. If you are bringing your own device to Metro, make sure you have that phone handy as you will need the IMEI number.
